Returns
You have [10] calendar days to request a refund for the item you bought from us starting from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, only item that has been broken on the arrival can be defined as our refund requirement. 

You have to screenshot and dm us with it to proof the actual situation. 

However, we will also make sure our packaging procedure is under supervision in order to deliver our product to you in a good condition.
